All prices quoted in Raw Organics are in EUR or DKK and includes VAT
The goods can only be ordered and paid for online.
Reservations are made for price changes, sold out items and the like.
Terms of trade in Raworganics.dk are in accordance with the Purchase Act
You must be 18 years before you can shop at www.raworganics.dk. To shop at www.raworganics.dk. Please enter Name, address, email, and phone / mobile number. By completing a purchase on our website you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
The required data stated above is stored with information on which items you purchased for 5 years from the end of that financial year. At the end of the 5-year period, the information will be deleted. If you have set up a self-service login on this site, your personal and order information will not be deleted unless you contact us and ask for it.
To gain insight into our registration of data about you at any time, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Act. All inquiries related to this must be addressed via e-mail: [email protected]
You can pay with Dankort / VISA, Mastercard, Visa Electron and others.
The amount will be deducted from your account when the item is shipped from our warehouse.
When you are charged for your purchase, the fee will appear in your statement as Raw Organics S.L
The delivery time is typically 2 business days.
All packages come with DAO or Post Nord.
All packages shipped within 24 hours of payment received.
We provide a 12-month warranty for all our products. Customers can have the goods exchanged, their money refunded or the price reduced depending on a situational basis. The complaint has to be investigated and justified given that the error did not occur due to improper use of the product, improper storage, and handling or other harmful conduct.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the customer becomes aware of the error.

To expedite turnaround time, please provide the following information in your complaint:
- Description of error
- Receipt or Order number
- Note if you wish to have your money refunded or have a product replacement
-A customer has a 14-day cancellation period on goods purchased from Raw Organics. Once notified of the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned within 14 days.
-Postage is not refundable upon cancellation of purchase.
-Contacting customer service is a prerequisite before returning purchased goods.
-The money will be refunded within 20 days after returning the item if the item appears in its original condition.
-If the product proves to be defective or used, no compensation will be awarded.
By purchasing our special offers, you are automatically enrolled in our subscription plan.
The subscription plan means that you will receive our product every month, so you are sure you will never run out of our Raw Organics CBD Oil, thereby maintaining the product's effect.
When you purchase the product with our special promotional offer, you also get membership of Raworganics.dk. Every 28 days from the order day you will receive a new package with our product and will be charged the agreed price. Which will be charged from your debit card the day we send it. If you do not want more products, you must cancel your subscription separately via either the self-service or send a straightforward email stating your concern about canceling the subscription email to [email protected]
You can cancel your subscription at any time for free. If you do not wish to receive another product, you must cancel your subscription within a 27-day timeframe after the last billing. If cancellation is done within the 27-day time frame, you will not receive a new product, nor will you be charged for the normal price of the item. If you do not cancel your membership within 27 days of registration or receiving another product, you will be bound by the subscription for that month and will, therefore, receive a new product as well as charge the agreed price.
An ongoing subscription cannot be returned if you cancel your purchase after the first 14 days of then normal return policy is granted.
If you wish to cancel your future subscription, you must send a clear and unambiguous email to [email protected], where you must enter your name, address and telephone / mobile number or log in via self-service.
Procedure for Renewal and Deletion of Card Information
If your card has been rejected due card deactivation brought about by a new card, or for some other reason that your card is inactive or has insufficient credits, your payment will not be completed and your Raworganics.dk subscription and be deactivated until payment is completed. We do not store your credit card information. Instead, we use the secure third-party payment processor Redsys.

Shipping Address Changes
If you move or need to change your delivery destination for your purchase/s to a different address after signing up for the subscription, you are responsible for informing Raw Organics of as soon as possible. Email your updated address to [email protected]
